Jersey Cattle Society Judges Conference

Our farming business Barnowl Jerseys, with Charles at the helm. Has a proud history in the show ring. With accolades which will be never be repeated.

Today, we hosted the Judges Conference for the UK Jersey Cattle association. Putting together 3 classes with cows (not usually within our show team) picked from the field, halter trained and prepared for the "show" ring this week.

This gave the opportunity for the Judges across England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Eire to put the judging skills to the test, practicing their reason giving before discussing what they would like to promote in the show ring to help further the breed.

With help from friendly volunteers for the cows (thank you we couldn't have done it without you!) Our superb team from the shop helped put together a spread to keep these farmers happy.
